Return and Refund Policy
At Wheels Clearance, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we offer a 30-day return policy on all parts.
Countries & Return Policy Overview
We currently ship to and accept returns from both Canada and the United States. While we don’t offer exchanges at this time, we do accept returns for both defective and non-defective products — as long as the item is in brand new, unused condition and still in its original packaging. If something’s not right with your order, you have 30 days from the delivery date to send it back to us by mail. Just a heads-up: customers are responsible for covering the return shipping and providing their own return label. The good news is we don’t charge any restocking fees, and once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. Our team will review your request and, once approved, provide you with a return authorization number. Please do not send back any items without this authorization.
Return Packaging Instructions
Products must be returned in original, unused condition
Include all original tags, accessories, and packaging
Package securely to avoid damage during transit
Include a copy of the return authorization inside the package
If applicable, attach photos to support claims of damage or defect
Return Shipping Instructions
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping
We recommend using a trackable courier service (UPS, FedEx, Canada Post, etc.)

Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for it to appear in your account. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
