At Wheels Clearance, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy on eligible items, in accordance with Google Merchant Center requirements.
Return & Refund Policy Overview
We currently ship to and accept returns within the United States only.
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, provided the item meets the conditions outlined below. Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method.
Exchanges are not offered at this time.
Replacement items sent for damaged or defective products are not considered exchanges. These replacements are provided to resolve fulfillment or transit-related issues and do not require a return unless requested.
Eligibility & Timeframe
- Return window: 30 days from the delivery date
- Eligible items: New, unused items in original condition
- Packaging: Original packaging, accessories, and materials must be included
- Restocking fees: None
- Return shipping: Customer’s responsibility
- Refund processing time: 7–10 business days after inspection
Defective vs. Non-Defective Items

Defective or damaged items:
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Photos may be required to assess and approve the claim. In approved cases, a replacement item of the same SKU may be sent to resolve the issue. -
Non-defective items:
Returns for non-defective items are accepted as long as the item is unused, unmounted, and in original packaging.
Items that show signs of use, installation, mounting, or damage caused during return shipping may be refused.
Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges.
Approved returns are refunded only. Customers may place a new order separately if a different product or replacement is needed.

Please include:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
Once approved, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Items sent without an approved RA number may be refused.
Return Packaging Requirements
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- All original packaging, accessories, and materials must be included
- Items must be securely packaged to prevent transit damage
- The RA number must be included inside the package
- Photos may be requested for damaged or defective items
Return Shipping Instructions
- Customers must arrange and pay for return shipping
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service (UPS, FedEx, or USPS)
- Please retain your tracking number for reference

Refund Process
